The location was unbeatable and magnificent, set in an open field which made it much safer to walk at night compared to an underground parking lot. This was a very good stay in September.

Location: the hotel was just next door to many restaurants, cafe and supermarkets, and the supermarket. Again, I could visit a round beach. The deluxe king studio was new-fashioned with a large balcony overlooking the basin and the location was great. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Close to Nissi Beach and other attractions. Comfy beds in our room.

I had a deluxe apartment which was huge with a comfortable bed. It was great to have a kitchenette. - the location was perfect and excellent for exploring the nice area, close to the town center and stores.

The location is fabulous and stunning and nearby a bus stop, the staff is the best and excellent - I would definitely come back here.

We were there for 7 days, everything was excellent, liked its perfect and magnificent location near the city centre and Nissi beach, and the main Nissi avenue.

We just came from ayia napa, we are 4 males at age of 18, Great hotel for young people (18-25), the room is quite big, clean and has large fridge, this hotel is for people who like to party and is not for people who come to relax...there is loud dance music 24/7 at the pool, and there's a 24/7 bar / restaurant which is really good and the prices are reasonable. Also the hotel is located a few minutes of walk from the square (where all the clubs are) and is close to restaurants (mcdonalds etc.) to go to the nissi beach you have to take a taxi (8 euros) we really enjoyed it and we recommend it!

If you want wi-fi and air conditing (which is a must) you have to pay extra bucks.

Goog hotel, location ok, clean.

But, maybe because we stay only one night, they give us a room with problems (broken pipes in the bathroom). We notice this in the morning when we were ready to leave.

The swimming pool was really nice (also clean). There was at the whole day music - but not too loud. The hotel is near at the shopping street. You can find all of things. There is also not far a bus station. To the nissi beach it´s a long walk. The apartment had also a new cooker and refrigerator. The night was quiet, because we had an apartment behind the pool and the big street.

In the rooms are really aunts. But not tooooo much - a few. So it was ok. The furniture is really old. If you would like to stay only a few days and you will be the whole day not in the apartment or you would only stray to make party - the hotel is cheap and good. But not more! You should not expect too much...

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with any issues. The rooms were large and clean, with modern and spacious bathrooms. The pool was also clean and a good size. The hotel is located in a good area with easy access to a car park. The free air conditioning and TV, as well as the availability of iron rentals and a free safe, were all convenient amenities. a comfortable and reasonably priced option.

It is located between Agia Napa (city center) and Nissi Beach. Very easy to find on the main street. You can reach Nissi beach in around 20 min by foot. Clean, rooms big, ok. Pool hours 09:00-20:00.

Not so easy to find room 17B (actually it is next by 17A but there is no specifc following signs to find all rooms). We had a room with a broken toilet - there were a countinous leakage from toilet/bathroom pipes. That was unsatisfactory for our stay.

This place has a fantastic location for exploring the nearby beach.
